Our products Energy Rated Windows Energy efficient windows help to minimise heating and lighting costs and are 'environmentally friendly'. Windows are rated from A to G with A being the best. The BFRC rating label is similar to the label used on new domestic white goods, e.g. fridges. Energy Saving Recommended Windows achieve BFRC rating of C or above and are recommended by the Energy Saving Trust and listed on their website. Consort Energy Efficient Windows The standard white window is BFRC "B" rated ("C" rated is standard for foils and painted). "A" rated is also available. Sealed units must be supplied by Consort. These casement windows carry the Energy Saving Recommended blue sticker and the BFRC rating label. Energy Rated vertical slider and tilt and turn windows are also available.
